My Leisure, My Services at Papworth Trust delivers a wide range of learning and social opportunities for disabled people.

As a Project Worker you will have the ability to build open and productive relationships with our customers, volunteers and staff. You will deliver recreational activities that are valuable and varied. You will work with and support people in these group activities, using a person-centred approach.

Key to your success in this post will be to have an ability to support customers to identify, choose and participate in centre / community based activities. You will possess the necessary skills to communicate effectively, build confidence and motivate others.  Passion and enthusiasm are also vital to the role of a Project Worker.
