My Leisure, My Services at Papworth Trust deliver a wide range of learning and social opportunities for disabled people.

As a Bank Project Worker you will have the ability to build open and productive relationships with our customers, volunteers and staff. You will deliver both group and individual activities that are valuable and varied. You will work with and support people in these activities, using a person-centred approach.

Key to your success in this post will be to have an ability to support customers to identify, choose and participate in centre / community based activities. You will possess the necessary skills to communication effectively, build confidence and motivate others.  Passion and enthusiasm are vital to the role of a Bank Project Worker.

As this is a Bank position flexibility of availability is necessary as it is likely that short notice would be given for working opportunities.
