John has a learning disability and is soon going to move into his own home, it is the first time he has had his own place to live and it will be a big change for him as he finds his feet and becomes more confident.
He will need support to set up his new bungalow to learn to be more self –sufficient, be part of his local community and to lead a fulfilled life.
We are recruiting a new team of people to support John who will be moving to Lowestoft. While we envisage a team of both male and female support workers, it’s important for John to have some male company and he is more comfortable with his personal care needs being met by men. We therefore encourage men to apply for this role although we confirm that all applications from both men and women will be considered.
We are looking for committed, creative and active people to join us to provide 24/7 support.
A wide range of working hours are available including days, nights and weekends and we can offer full time and part time hours including bank contracts

Competitive pay and guaranteed hours
