Our services mainly cover the East of England, but we also provide national services

What referrers often ask us

These are the most frequently asked questions we get from referrers.

Are clients committed to a centre-based programme?

No. Our process is designed to identify clients who would benefit from our services. Only 40% of clients who have a preliminary assessment attend the centre-based programme. We are able to offer packages of support in a client's local area if this will help the client achieve their rehabilitation goals. If we think a client will benefit from other services, then we'll make recommendations so that they get the right support.

Are you independent?

Yes, we are part of a large charity. We have no contractual relationships with any of the parties involved in the personal injury process. Each client is at the centre of what we do and we'll always make recommendations that will benefit and support them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Does the client have to travel to you for a preliminary assessment?

Whilst we hold assessments at our centre in Papworth Everard for clients based in the local area, the majority of our preliminary assessments take place in the client's home - wherever that is in the UK.

Do you work within the Rehabilitation Code?

We accept referrals under the Rehabilitation Code and reports are provided to all parties simultaneously under this code.
